Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following the end of her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She won her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began participating in fitness competitions at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics program in childhood. She was awarded her Pro Card only one year later when she was 17. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue the education. In 2015, she returned to the stage, and took part at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her first appearance was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting new goals every year. For 2009 alone, 4 more fitness titles were added to her list. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take six years off from competition when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. The first IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The show was a success and she placed third. In the summer of 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th place for The Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel did well given that she competed against top of the line athletes. Ariel's body continues to grow each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It consists of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as the seated rows. In the beginning, she is warm before moving on to the sets she works on. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Her routine for back exercises comprises three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
